Growth Scans

Hi,
I had my NHS dating scan just over a week ago and they told me I now have to be booked in with a consultant based on a new chart of growth? She told us this is a fairly new chart/system they’re using.
This chart asks for previous baby weights so her inputting my DS’ birth weight of 7lbs 6 flagged up that I now need a consultant and growth scans for this baby, despite me having no risk factors and nothing being said about this baby on the scan.
I suppose it’s better to be cautious and good we’ll see our baby more but I really didn’t think DS was small and when he was born, there were never any concerns about his weight (he never lost any in the week after birth either, put on).
The minute I think of consultant led, my mind runs away to my nightmare of pregnancy care which is lots of people involved and saying you need to be induced/sectioned etc which I really don’t want unless absolutely medically unavoidable. I had a beautiful, short, no pain relief or intervention birth with DS and hoping with all hope I can have that again!
Has anyone else had this who can put my wild mind to rest please?
