Supplements in pregnancy

Not sure which board would be best to post this on but I've had 3 miscarriages in the past. I was taking supplements a lot of which are recommended in It Starts with an Egg. I am wondering if anyone knows which are meant to be continued into pregnancy.

I was taking:

Myo inositol
Methyl folate
Vitamin D, C, E, B6 and B12 (methylated version)
Zinc
Selenium
NAC
Alpha lipoic acid
Magnesium
Ubiquinol

My GP said they were all fine but I don't know which to continue with and getting in touch with them to ask a question is so difficult these days!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think the main ones in pregnancy are just folic acid and vitamin d. I think folic acid can be stopped at 12 weeks too.
I just take the standard pregnacare during pregnancy ones

I was taking a fair few of these but wanted to scale it right down after I got pregnant. I continued with folic acid and high dose vitamin D (both recommended in pregnancy). I also carried on taking myo-inositol and added in low dose aspirin due to previous losses. Hope that helps

Thanks guys I'll stick to folic acid, vitamin D and myo inositol then 😌
