Large head circumference at 24 weeks?

Hey guys, so I got a private scan this morning because I’ve been stressing so much in this pregnancy after recurrent miscarriages. The heartbeat, amniotic fluid, blood flow and everything else seemed great but the head circumference was measuring a week and a half ahead? Here were the measurements:

I’m 24+3 today.
Abdominal circumference: 20cm (24+5)
Head circumference: 23.9cm (26 weeks)
Femur length: 4.5cm (24+6 weeks)
Estimated fetal weight was 0.75kg which I guess is around almost 25 weeks too so baby is measuring slightly big.

All the other measurements seem fine and the sonographer said that HC was fine too but is this normal? Why can the head circumference be measuring larger?

If the professional sonographer thinks everything is fine, then I would assume it is.

Measurement can be off by millimetres and have a big effect on size/weeks estimates.

Or he's just got a slightly large head! 😊

@Flederjo haha it could be! Because both me and DH do have big heads tbh 😂
