LO has chicken pox, and I’ve just found out I’m pregnant!

Should I be worried? I’m in such a panic! My Mum said she vaguely remembers me having it when it was little, so I have had it before.. but is it true that you can catch it a second time? I’m already an anxious wreck about miscarrying, and now my nerves are through the roof. :(

If you have had it then you will be fine.

You can have it lore than once. If you contact your midwife they can do a blood test and check if you have the antibodies to avoid it this time

If you have already had it you don't need to worry.
