Hello, I'm 30+5 today and the last nearly week I've been feeling so swollen and bruised down below, no bruising or swelling actually there but no matter what I'm doing i feel it. This is my 4th child and he's moving still but I would say he is moving lower.

Just wondering if anyone has any experience with this x

I definitely felt very tender and bruised with my 2nd,.think from all the pressure but if you're not sure, I'd give your midwife a ring.

I don't feel worried about it too much I've got the midwife on Monday so I'm just gonna hold out till then I think I'm just panicking to be honest haha. The midwife's don't give you a number here it's all on an app where you can't message and if you go up the hospital to the assessment unit they make you feel so stupid for going and like your in the way x

Yes for me that's normal in pregnancy and got worse and earlier with each pregnancy.

Yes I had this quite early on actually, maybe about 25 weeks or so. I woke up one morning and thought I must have a rash or something but there was nothing to see. I think it is just extra pressure and blood flow. It went away after DS was born.

No, it's nothing to do with earlier birth it's just the weight of the baby and the pressure and how that affects the area and blood flow.
