Can baby flip once head is engaged?

I'm 38+4 and had an appointment with my midwife 3 days ago where she said babies head is as low as it can go and is fully down/ engaged. But this morning I feel like there's something different about babies position. Is it possible to move after the head has engaged or am I being paranoid? Baby was sideways for most of the pregnancy so I've spent a lot of time obsessing over her position so I could be overthinking it!

My Midwife told me that if it’s your first pregnancy they’re unlikely to turn in this situation but subsequent pregnancies it’s more likely baby can move in and out of being engaged (but again I don’t think it’s super likely but is possible)

Did you feel any alien moves? (What I call the extreme movements that wake you from a deep sleep and result in your stomach looking like an alien is trying to escape through your skin).

It is possible for a baby to move out of position late, but gets more unlikely the later on in the pregnancy due to baby not having much space to move.

Mine is back to being breech after being head down ( happened at 36 weeks), but I definiately felt the movements. They woke me during the night.
