Morning sickness

Hi everyone. I'm currently 9 weeks pregnant with my 2nd baby, and the morning sickness is constant. I had it all throughout my first pregnancy but not as consistent as this, I have spells all through the day of feeling nauseas like I could vomit but just heave. Any tips on anything to eat/drink? Peppermint tea doesn't seem to do much...

@Louisec128 I had this until a couple of days ago. I’m afraid I don’t have much advice. The only thing that really worked for me were fizzy drinks (but obv didn’t want to drink to many)
I ate little and offten which kept it at bay! But the first thing I had to do when I got up in the morning was eat otherwise it would be constant all day!
hope you find a cure x

My dc are adults now but I can remember the sickness very clearly! First time around Tuc biscuits, wrist bands and sucking mints helped. Second time which was even worse the only thing that worked to a degree was Tonic Water. None of it stopped it completely but meant I could function!

Yuck I'm in the same boat. Im living off crackers and potato waffles and fizzy water. Have you gone to your gp? Anti sickness meds might help

I haven't contacted GP no, I think I'm just counting down the weeks to 2nd trimester in the hope it'll subside a bit. It might be that it's actually not worse this time just that I cannot relax as much due to running around with a toddler!
