It sounds like you have plenty of symptoms to me! ☺️ I’ve felt a bit similar myself in that I’m now 7 1/2 weeks and weeks 4-6 I was extremely nauseous (but never sick) and very tired however that has pretty much disappeared! I’ve read a lot that symptoms can come and go, sometimes they come back and sometimes just go altogether. Do you have an early scan booked?

Regenbogen22 · 20/07/2022 12:19

OP symptoms can come and go or not be there at all!

You need to distract yourself with something else - work, exercise, hobbies?

GreenIsle · 20/07/2022 12:28

Hi op

Symptoms will fluctuate and can reduce over a few days then will come back and hit you on the face. Also each person is different so your symptoms may stay mild for you. Each of my pregnancies were different however felt that symptoms increased more from 7-10 weeks

I am surprised what mmc can do to you, it kind of robs the joy of pregnancy. I am sad that instead of enjoying my pregnancy I am constantly upset and paranoid about something is wrong. I feel better talking to you all

Hi op, I'm 13 weeks now and whole way along the only symptom I've had is sore breasts, nothing else. Had a scan at 8 weeks and heartbeat seen so everything looks ok, waiting on my dating scan next week. Some people just don't get bad symptoms, I know you worry but just try and think that you're lucky.

milaK · 20/07/2022 21:06

You’re not alone in being paranoid @Winkle2020. I’m in the same boat after some losses. Hit 7 weeks last week with deflated breasts alongside some light brown bleeding and cramping and cried thinking that was that. While waiting for a scan I got all my symptoms back with vengeance though and saw the baby with a good HB yesterday. Until the last few days I only had mild nausea weeks 4-7 but was eating most things, and then it suddenly ramped up now. I now I’ll keep worrying until my NHS scan though (and beyond) but keep reminding myself the odds of a healthy PG are on my side and although the time is moving so bloody slowly, it’s moving… 😅One day at a time xx

I would really not have known I was pregnant until almost 9 weeks when the sickness started. It only last 4 weeks then I was back to feeling fine again. It’s the hardest thing on earth to do but try to focus on anything else to distract yourself, those first weeks up to the 12 weeks scan feel like a year

Winkle2020 · 21/07/2022 01:31

@Frida9 @milaK @Goodnewsday I salute to all of you for going through this. I will try and distract myself coming weeks.

I'm just over 9 weeks and my symptoms really seems to be up and down most days. Ive only had nausea and tiredness, the only time ive been sick was 3 weeks ago when I had covid and would be sick after a coughing fit. Had a scan last Thursday and everything was OK 🤞.
I had the same with my DD and had a MC prior to that so was really panicked everytime my symptoms didn't seem as strong, I'm trying to remind myself it's normal this time to try to stay calm.
Good luck in your pregnancy.
