Support band

Has anyone tried a pregnancy support band? Would you recommend?

I got a fairly simple one off Amazon which I mostly use later in the day when the bump gets heavier and more uncomfortable. I think it helps a little. It's fairly thick, just one thick strip which goes around and velcroes at the back.

There are bands which are much more expensive, maybe they give more support but mine helps me.
