er... bladder question!

Hi there everyone.
Has anyone else suddenly started with needing to pee more often in the second trimester? I'm 13w 2d and up till now I haven't really had to go more often, just (some) nights really. But this afternoon I've suddenly had to go lots... Does this mean the womb could be pressing on the bladder more, and is it something to worry about that it's started so suddenly? It's really silly but I was cleaning some fluff out of my belly button earlier this afternoon and I had to wipe quite hard to get it out -the skin went quite red - and after the event was a bit worried that the pressure could have hurt the baby - and then after that all this rushing to the loo... Or is it normal that this 'symptom' doesn't kick in immediately?
Sorry for this possibly extremely silly question but I feel safe to give free rein to my first-time/post-m/c paranoia on here!!!

It's a hell of a long time since I was last in this position berolina, but certainly your other organs, including the bladder, will have less space to occupy as baby gets bigger, so imo it is perfectly normal!
