Working in this weather when 23 weeks pregnant

has anyone else struggled at work in this heatwave while pregnant? I’m 23 weeks and work in care (in the community) and I’m struggling, I’m tempted to tell work it’s too hot to work as I feel faint etc but I’m worried that they will be off with me because of it. Any advice?

Personally, I wouldn't want to be out working in this heat. Do you drive from house to house getting in and out a car? I'm lucky to WFH so can keep cool but you do need to put yourself and baby first in the heat that's predicted. I would be tempted to say I felt sick and dizzy due to the heat rather than say it's pre emptive, just incase your employer tries to not pay you or talks you into coming in.
