23 weeks pregnant - tiny pinpricks of blood when I wipe?

Hey guys, so I’m 23+4 today and since the last two days I’ve noticed a teeny tiny pinprick of blood when I wipe. It’s literally the tiniest speck, and it’s one speck on two occasions. The blood looks like a red-orangey colour which is weird. And tbh I don’t know if it’s coming from inside or if there’s a cut somewhere on the outside. In the last week or so, I have been quite itchy down there, especially around my labia (could it be thrush?). So it’s possible to be from a cut on the outside because it’s only sometimes like once a day a teeny speck, a pinprick of blood when I wipe. I’m not too worried because baby movements are getting stronger and he’s kicking away right now as I type this. Any idea guys what this is? Do I need to contact anyone about it? It’s Sunday and my midwife is currently on leave I guess.

Not from the piles that you posted about yesterday or Friday or whenever? Same timeframe 😬

I really wouldn't concern yourself over a tiny speck of orangey discharge!

@Regenbogen22 im pretty sure those weren’t piles haha, and no this time it’s definitely from the front but I’m not sure if it’s from the inside or outside! So annoying 😩

Can you put some toilet paper over a finger and insert it (not too far!). If it's coming from inside, you'll probably get some more on the paper. If nothing, then try wiping on the outside and see what happens. It could just be a graze on your labia if you've been scratching (possibly in your sleep).

@mrsfoof i tried that with a tissue, but there’s nothing. It’s more likely from a graze somewhere on the outside because I have been having itchiness too

You already treated yourself for thrush, right? Last week or whenever you posted about it. I mean, if not, then that would be a good idea! Pessary and cream.

@Regenbogen22 i haven’t used a pessary yet but I have been using the canesten cream and the itchiness has reduced
