Hi, a month on Sunday I lost our baby at 10 weeks and I was just wondering what other ladies are doing or did that helped with the grieving. I feel angry, resentful against other pregnant women which only makes me more angry and guilty, I can be fine one day and the next just can’t hold back the tears but mostly I feel lonely, my partner is a hunter and I’ve never cared about him going out but since our miscarriage every time he leaves, he wouldn’t even have pulled out of the drive I’m in tears. I never knew I could love so deeply in such a short space of time. I just feel empty and numb.

I'm sorry you had to go through that.

For me what helped was jumping straight back into TTC. It gave me back the goal and stopped.me wallowing. Fortunately it worked pretty much straight away. Others need more time.

Do you want to continue TTC?

@Kinderella92 you might want to move this post or post on the Miscarriage board for more help?

I’m so sorry you are going through this. It’s awful but please try to be kind to yourself and allow all the time you need.

theworstgirlgangever podcast and Instagram helped me when I was ready. To hear others say how they felt really validated my own feelings.

Take care xx

I'm so sorry you're going through this. It is so hard and I found it lonely on several levels. Very few people really understand what you're going through. Physically I felt so alone after weeks of that sense of being literally 'with child'
The worst girl gang also has a Facebook group. I went to a drop in zoom the other day and it was helpful to hear how many of my feelings and reactions are common to people going through this.
