8 weeks on Monday and booked a scan

Hi 👋
Due to previous miscarriages I was supposed to be getting an urgent ultrasound. After being on the phone chasing it up yesterday for ages and getting nowhere I decided to pay for one privately on Monday when I'll be exactly 8 weeks.
What can you see at 8 weeks?
I haven't got this far in a long time so I'm hoping it all goes well x

You should see a heartbeat by 8 weeks (assuming dates are exactly right)

I saw a tiny blob and they could see a heartbeat

I saw a blobby thing connected to another blobby thing and something that flickered....the heartbeat 😄I nodded along and said thank you for the printed pic. Still can't make anything baby-like out on it! Fortunately 3 weeks later it looked like a teeny tiny baby!

@StaceyW87 here's mine from 8+5 weeks! I'm due a week on Monday 😊 I could definitely see a heartbeat during the scan!

This was mine at 8+3 could see the heart beating. Booked for an early one after struggling to conceive for many years and finally getting a positive test I had to be convinced it wasn’t all in my head

This was my 8 week private scan, saw a blob with a heartbeat ❤️ now almost 32 weeks with my rainbow boy 💙

8+1 and heartbeat detected, so happy 😊 😃 x
