Hi I'm 30 weeks pregnant with my second and had a super quick induction with my first at 37w. Iv had awful back ache the last 12 hours with lots of pressure in my lower tummy too. Just been toilet and this just fell out of me. Please tell me it's just discharge and not start of mucous plug ?!

Your mucous plug can be lost and regenerate without any meaning your body is going into labour so that wouldn't be a concern to me unless it was really bloody- however if you have backache it could be worth getting checked out, maybe just call midwife and mention it all and let them decide what's best to do :)

Better to ask your midwife than Mumsnet at this stage and with your symptoms!
