This started two days ago, it comes and goes and most often isn’t there when I’m lying down, but when I get up to stand, it is excruciating, especially if I have a full bladder.
it’s like a sharp shooting pain between my belly button and groin area, I’d say where my bladder is. It intensified when I go for a wee.

i don’t know if it’s because my baby has descended even more and she’s putting weight on my bladder but it is very painful. what’s making me think it could potentially be a UTI is that I held my wee for about 2 hours the day before these symptoms started, I was out and about and it was impossible to go anywhere.

im wondering if it is a UTI, how could this impact labour for me? Could the infection spread to the baby? I’m worried about this.
i will phone the midwifery phone number this afternoon after I manage to get some sleep first.
