I am due back to work Sunday and just remembered we don't have air conditioning. I mean it was a nightmare last year when I wasn't pregnant but really feeling worried now I am.
When I feel hot normally feel very nauseous.
I know I will get breaks but standing and with my Fibromyalgia not sure I will cope.
I can't wait to get back to work though just don't want to pass out.

Drink a LOT, you could get a big 1 litre steel double-walled/insulated bottle and put loads of ice cubes in it before work, then top up with water as you go.

Also wet a thin cloth or muslin or something and keep it round your neck.
