Worried

Hello everyone
so last year I went to fertility clinic to have scans etc as all the women in my family have menopaused early (mid 30’s)
I was 29 when I was told I had high FSH levels which indicated low ovarian reserve and my scan came back with 9 follicles (a women of my age should have a few more) anyway they said natural conception was still possible and if after 6 months no success they would review me. Fast forward to this year we decided to start trying in April… and with a shock I fell pregnant very quickly (by May) I am now 30!
i am obviously so happy, had early scan by choice and everything looked good! Had first midwife appt yesterday and she is sooo lovely. But I just can’t seem to stay off Google. My worry now is that my eggs are bad quality because of the lack of them and because of my age!! Pregnancy is a long 9 months and I don’t want to feel like this :(

Can you set yourself some milestones to work towards? Mine have been 1)private scan at 8 weeks 2)booking appointment 3)dating scan 4) private scan at 16 weeks 5) anomaly scan. Now I can feel movements my anxiety has lifted so much, so getting from stage to stage and to now be here has worked for me. If your anxiety is bad then let your midwife know, there should be some support available! Congratulations!

Congratulations! I also agree with the other poster, I had a lot of anxiety about things going wrong early on (currently 33 weeks) for various reasons BUT I made milestones for each part of pregnancy and it really helped! My next one is 35 weeks for some reason ha, but I know I'll have a sense of relief when I get there.
