Toxoplasma Gondi

I had Toxoplasma gondi sometime in past and In my first pregnancy My Toxo IgG test was positive. but IgM was Negative but doctor put me on Spiramycin throughout pregnancy.
This is my second pregnancy And this time also at 5 weeks Blood test My Toxo IgG is Positive and Toxo IgM is Negative And my Ob/Gyn wants me to take Spiramycin Tablets again.
i googled it and found that If IGG is Positive it doesnt need any treatment. Its an immunity which is a good thing.

Is anybody there who had going through the same and Had a healthy baby without any complication without any treatment?
I’m so confused what should i do? Any help appreciated.

They’re testing due to my previous Second trimester loss due to IC and SCh

Is there a reason you don't want to take the medication? e.g. did it give you unpleasant side effects or did you think it harmed your baby?

If not then you might as well take it just in case.

@CoalCraft Yes. it gives me so much discomfort and so gastritis.
