Growth scan 37 weeks

What are peoples experiences with a growth scan my baby dipped on the chart a tiny bit from last appointment is this something to be worried about hes looking to weigh around 7lb atm

I had growth scans at 37/38/39 weeks with both babies. Each time the scan showed baby was following the curve and the midwife measurements were off. Last one the student measured my bump as under and the midwife measured it as over! Growth scan showed on track and baby was born at nearly exactly the weight they predicted.
