Hi all, this is my first pregnancy, I’m 23 weeks tomorrow and just wondered how normal is it to be getting twinges across my bump? I’ve been getting stitch when walking after eating, and occasionally get a twinge or some aching, usually at the bottom of bump or around my belly button. Is this stuff normal and ‘stretching’ or should I call a midwife? Sorry if this sounds daft!

Im 24 weeks and get a stitch like feeling on the sides of my bump when walking. I think it's just the ligaments stretching. :) Obvs if you're worried about anything then still talk to your midwife!

Same, 24 weeks too and getting stitch when walking. Bit of a pain!

Also 24 weeks and with the most annoying pains across each hip under my bump. Bump feels very tight so am putting it down to my ligaments adjusting, I imagine that's what's happening with you as well!

Thanks so much everyone, definitely relate to the right bump feeling when I get the twinges too so really appreciate that I’m not alone! It’s so hard to know what’s normal or not isn’t it - hope you’re all feeling okay :)
