Hey just wanted to write my worries down.
2nd pregnancy, I miscarried 1st pregnancy in February 2022
So happy to be pregnant again but also terrified, scared I'll have to have surgery again as medical management didn't work last time and I don't think I can put myself through that pain again but the thought of surgery is terrifying me.

Scared that thinking about miscarriage will lead to miscarriage.
The thought of being pregnant scares me too.
I currently have covid and found out 2 days ago that I am 4 weeks, should be due early march x

First of all a big congratulations.

I'm sorry you went through a tough time. I had a miscarriage at 6 weeks then had my 2nd child. The thoughts you're having a normal. Trust your body you'll be okay. Try to stay positive but also remember your fears are rational.

I hope you get well soon. Please rest as much as u can with Covid. You must be wiped out.

I had miscarriage on Christmas Eve and found out I was pregnant again on 12th feb. I'm 24 weeks now and was terrified right up until 20 weeks. I'm still nervous about something going wrong but try to remember this is a different pregnancy and one miscarriage doesn't guarantee another, statistics are on your side! Try not to stress yourself too much

I had a miscarriage in March and am currently 11 weeks pregnant with a second baby. It was terrifying at first especially because I've not really had symptoms (really thirsty but no sickness, nausea or dizzyness etc). As time has gone on things have become easier.
Would you consider an early scan? If so go at 8 weeks + because before that baby is often too small to see heartbeat and that can just cause more stress

I had a miscarriage in January and now pregnant again too. I think it's natural to feel anxious again after a loss, I certainly feel on edge this time round and won't be able to relax until into the 2nd trimester I think. Congratulations on this pregnancy and wishing you all the best !xx

Thinking the worst or thinking the best won't change anything so as hard as it is keep repeating, today I am pregnant until so far as you start to believe it might actually happen. I didn't let myself think it could go all the way until the point at which the medical profession could potentially save the baby if both prem. It turned out she was prem!

But I totally understand because I had a MMC at 12 weeks then took until 15 to be resolved before my baby and it was so torturous i didn't tell anyone but my employer I was pregnant again until 20 weeks.

I’ve had 3 strokes the first being a major stroke I’ve had 5 miscarriages 2 being in the last 11 months and I’m pregnant again I’ve got two children has anyone had a successful pregnancy after a major stroke and didn’t end up having another stroke in pregnancy and postpartum and does any one no the Ramzi theory I don’t mind either way as long as it’s healthy first scan is about 5/6weeks they couldn’t be sure and the other scan is 7weeks 4days
