To Increase Sertraline whilst Pregnant?

I am 13+4 today, and feeling increasingly stressed about the cost of living and issues with my partners work, as I'm sure lots of people are. I've done all the practical things I can think of, for example checking about UC etc, but the rest is out of my control.

I don't want the stress to affect my baby's development, as I've read it can affect their stress levels in later life, but am similarly worried about increasing my sertraline dose from 50mg to 75mg, in case this effects their development in other ways. In the mix I also have a 19 month old, I don't want to modal anxious behaviour to. On the other hand, if I change my medication it always knocks me out for a couple of weeks whilst my body adjusts, and I want to be able to give him the attention he deserves. What should I do?
