I’m not sure what is happening. I’m at 17 dpo, according to my app my period should have started 3 days ago, I’ve had brown crap when wiping but no blood but a negative test result. Any advice?

Wait a couple of days and test again.

Thanks. Probably the most sensible thing. Been trying for a while and try not to get my hopes up and then panic. I feel sick as well but I sometimes get that as part of PMS

I’m sorry, it’s really difficult when all you want to see is those two lines but your body isn’t playing ball.

So I waited 72 hours, tested again, still negative but I have been sick in the AM three days on the trot (watery) and still no af. Not sure what is going on. If nothing changes by when the weekend finishes, should I go to my doctor?

How are you checking when you ovulated? Are you temping and or doing OPKs?

I’ve been using the Premom app and test strips, taking my temp as well and using a calendar as back up. It’s currently been 47 or 48 days since my last period

Don’t know if it makes any difference but I’m a type 1 diabetic

It’s a strange one, if your dates are correct then you should be getting positives by now. I’m afraid I have no experience with diabetes and pregnancy but if it were me I’d probably speak to the GP as you are being sick and are diabetic. Please keep a close eye on your blood sugars if you aren’t already and I hope
you get some answers soon 🤗
