Hi guys, i had a miscarriage on April 18th, 2022! Didn't have a period. Waited for a while and then went to the doctor's and she put me on the mini pill for a week! Had withdrawal period on the 15th of June and started TCC again! Really don't know what to expect! This miscarriage has been hard on me! Wasn't even planning on conceiving but now desperate for one!

Best thing would now be to track your cycles for a bit using OPKs and obviously inputting period info into some sort of app. Then you'll have an idea.of how your cycle has settled.

Unless you have a different question, sorry but I'm not quite sure what you're asking! 😋

Thank you for the reply! I'm mainly looking for ways to regulate my hormones! I think it's a mess ATM!

I had a miscarriage on 22nd April and still not had my period! I’ve had an ultrasound for PCOS (no concerns from this) and need to do another blood test but have been told this needs to be done within the first 5 days of my period so they know where I am in my cycle! I’ve recently ordered some hormone balance vitamins which had amazing reviews - you could give those a go?
