Dry heaving help

Hello, I am currently 21 (just sky of 22) weeks.
I’ve been absolutely fine until week 10 where the fatigue and dry heaving/retching/sore throat started.
I’m aware some ladies have it much worse but I’m looking for some tips. Only been sick when traveling.
it can happen any time of day (food doesn’t seem to matter if I eat before, after, small
meals or slowly) worst is brushing teeth, going upstairs or changing my clothes. Also at night before sleeping paired with a burning throat which I’m told is acid reflux?

any tips are welcome 🤗 I’ve been taking heartburn tablets but they don’t seem to do anything x

i had really bad dry heaving for the first 15 weeks especially when brushing teeth, literally couldn't brush my teeth without my head under up over a toilet. Dentist advised I switched to sensodyne pro-namel toothpaste as it has no SLS and so doesn't foam - can confirm this has made a world of difference! So it might help with your teeth brushing 😀
