Has anyone had bleeding like this and gone on to have a successful pregnancy? I have a little bit of cramping and backache also (sorry for the photo, I just thought it would help people compare their experiences)

Hey sorry to hear youre going through this. I would recommend getting a scan jus because it looks more of a bleed than spotting and its red. Reading stories on here it can go both ways..dont lose hope. Sending positive vibes 💕

Thank you for replying @blibbyblobb I had a scan today, there is a gestational sac and fetal pole which is right for my gestation and there is a pocket of blood next to the gestational sac so it looks like the bleeding was coming from there. Haven’t had any today so fingers crossed all is ok
