Pregnacare liquid not been stored in fridge?

I've been taking the liquid version pretty much since I found out at 4 ish weeks bar a few days when I could swallow the tablets (too big) and a few days I've had the gummies when I couldn't stomach the liquid. I'm now 9 +4 and I've just found out it says to keep in the fridge and I've not been doing so! :( I've tried searching their website but can't find anything, does anyone know if it'll have been less effective or is it more of a taste thing? Worried now I haven't been taking the folic acid and vit d correctly :(

I've been taking it for a year and didn't know this! I'm 24 weeks now and every scan and midwife appointment has been fine. I had a quick Google and it seems it's to maintain freshness and potency so I'll be keeping it in the fridge from now on thanks

Thank you. I think they should make it clearer on the bottle!! I've thrown that one away and started a new one, I just hope it will have been ok potency wise of all the vitamins
