I'm going to need a double pram has DS will be just over a year when our new baby is due.
I want one that can have a bassinet piece on that's parent facing for the newborn.
It needs to fit through shop doors.
Adjustable handle has DH is tall and I'm much shorter.
Id also like the children to be able to face eachother when the newborn is older.
Tia for recommendations

I have a 2yo that needs a buggy still and due baby any day. Went for the mountain buggy duet which is a side by side with a bassinet clipped into one seat while baby is young.

The over and under ones all seemed to have toddler facing in which would not have been great for us and also were much more complex to fold for getting in and out of car.

Apparently it’s only as wide as some of the over under ones - uppababy vista for example.

Another vote for the mountain buggy duet. Best double out there!

I just bought the cybex gazelle S double.
Havent tried yet... baby due October!
But the pram feels fantastic when trying it out.

Mountain buggy luxury duet is incredible. Had it from dd2's birth. My girls are 3 and 4 now and we still use it

We have the baby jogger gt2 double, currently fits my 2yr old and 3.5yr old girls for long days out, we have the bassinet and car seat attachments for when baby comes in Oct, and then if biggest DD1 gets tired dd2 can walk for a bit and she'll jump in. Some doubles have a low weight limit of around 15kg per child so worth checking. we tried the Phil and ted with the under slung bit and it was fine with baby in the cocoon but I hated it when they went to toddler seat x

I candy orange was amazing for us. There's so many combinations. My kids were 15 months and newborns onwards

I was close to buying a double but we made do with a single.

We are very much a family who likes to get out. What I found with going out with two small children is we needed the least faff possible arriving and leaving.

Last summer for beach trips we bought an out and about second hand buggy which has become our main buggy and I regret not buying a double when my second was born.

It's all in one piece and three clicks to put up and put down. Light to push as often had to push the single version while carrying the toddler

I've been thinking the same as my daughter will be 20 months old. Some of the ones I have seen the older child could kick the newborn's bassinet so definitely good to get recommendations.

Thank you for all your recommendations my husband has been looking at the ABC design zoom anything else I show him he's not keen on.

I had a Phil and Ted dot at one point but I hated the damn thing.

I don't want a double I will miss my Stokke Xplory too much it's gone through all 3 of my kids got it in 2008 and it's still going strong only needed a new set of wheels when our last baby was born.

We went for the silver cross wave. When you add on the tandem seat it allows baby in the carrycot to be in the higher position and toddler facing out on the lower position, which was the overall winner for us, plus its a really good price at John Lewis at the moment. A side by side pram wouldn't fit through the doors in our house and I just couldn't be doing with the faff.
