Anyone got any recommendations for vitamins that actually work for the first trimester fatigue and or nausea?!

I'm feeling wiped with baby no2 and constantly feeling sick so if there's any vitamins out there that actually work, im willing to pay for them!

Please help

From a tired and pregnant mama of a toddler 🥲

Vitamins won't help with pregnancy fatigue or nausea, it's hormone related.

Vitamin B6 is proven to help with morning sickness
It has definitely helped me
Good luck x

Hello dear and I'm really sorry to hear this. I am having the same issue but without a toddler. I can't even get up from bed and smelling anything makes me vomit. Vitamins might help at a really low rate and scale like 2% my dr prescribed a Multivitamin including vit B1 B6 B12 vit D folic acid and ginger. I felt the same and I even had to quit my job. Hang on there you knkw they day this fades at the 2nd trim so let's hope. Try snacking frequently as well.

Boots make pregnant vitamins have high ginger and are recommended with sickness. I took these, but also took sickness tabs from doctors.

Not sure that any vitamins could help.

Ginger tea or biscuits, peppermints all day every day, keep some dry crackers by your bedside so you can snaffle something before you get up that is less likely to trigger your nausea. Staying hydrated and being well rested also helps although I appreciate you have a toddler so rest is probably hard to come by.

If it's really bad you can always talk to your GP and they can prescribe some medication to alleviate the nausea.
