Stomach pains at 11 weeks

I'm just over 11 weeks and today I've been getting intermittent sharp stabbing type pains. I've had the odd twinge and pain here and there over the past few weeks but this feels different. The pains are mainly on the right side of my abdomen but sometimes on the left/middle. They last for a few seconds and seem to be when I'm resting mainly. I haven't had any bleeding or anything. I have felt bloated over the last week and then quite gassy today so unsure if it's linked. Have also had a stressful day at work today and I'm wondering if that could be linked in some way. I know nobody can diagnose me over the internet, but being my first, I'm not sure if this is normal or if I need to be ring the dr/midwife if I'm still getting them tomorrow. Has anyone else experienced anything like this?

Hi - I haven’t experienced this but sharp stabbing pains should definitely be reported to midwife/gp. They’ll probably want to check you out:

Could be either round ligament pain, trapped wind or constipation. If you are worried then it's worth going to get checked out

Get it checked out. Won't do any harm and will put your mind at rest
