Mono twins or conjoined ! Help

Hi all,

I went for a private scan on Sunday and found out I have twins, she said they looked to be healthy, measuring well and good heart beats but then said it looks like they are in the same sac and might be conjoined at the head because the tips of the head were touching but looked like they had separate bodies. I've of course been worried and obsessing over Google and the way they are positioned doesn't sound like other conjoined twins at the head that I've read about, or maybe I'm in denial.

I just wondered if anyone has had experience with being told these concerns about their twins in an early scan? So hoping she's wrong .

Was this with the NHS? I would have thought they'd refer you on if it was.

If it wasn't with the NHS, when is your dating scan?
In the meantime, try not to worry about something you can't change.

This was a private scan and my midwife has booked a nhs scan next Monday for me. Yeah I know I shouldn't but I can't help but worry.
