Hey! Is this normal? I am speaking about that free fluid? What could it mean?

I had this after a cyst popped (PCOS)

It's nothing to worry about but they may drain the liquid.

I was told seeing fluid could be due to where one is in their cycle, but it didn’t match up to where I was on mine so it was more likely an infection
