Hi, I have been trying to conceive for three months now. I am around 4dpo I know it’s really early but today at work I had really bad cramping on right side of stomach. I was getting worried it was my appendix but the pain went. I now have a really sharp pain in the left side of my lower back. Has anyone experienced these symptoms after ovulation and went on to get a BFP? Or does anyone know if these symptoms could be related to pregnancy? I am starting to worry as it is painful.
