ICP/OC - how did it start?

Im 34w pregnant with DC2 and I've been itchy on my feet at night on and off for a few weeks now, sometimes go through a few days of it waking me up at night but back now where palms and feet (particularly around my heels) are a bit itchy in the evenings/going to sleep but don't wake me.

Should I be worried about ICP/OC (unsure what the correct terminology is)?

Didn't have it in my first pregnancy, did get lots of itching but that turned out to be a new egg intolerance.

Have a MW appt later in the week, should I ask for a blood test? Or should I wait and see if it gets worse?

Having had ICP in 2 pregnancies I would say it's better to have the blood test to get it checked. You'd be more closely monitored if it is ICP so it's worth ruling it out.
