Hi guys so I start my period in 4 days I've been feeling down for a few days as in temperature cold etc so I thought I had covid had a few pregnancy tests so thought let's just test thinking itl be one line. I've done 3 tests now and they all look like this. I've also been feeling very nauseous and actually vomited this morning (surly it's too early to vomit) any advise would help? X

They are very strong positives, you're definitely pregnant! Is this a wanted pregnancy? Congrats if so!

Advice = you seem to be pregnant 🤗

Those are very strong positives for several days before your period!

HereComesBaby2: I would really like a second child however postpartum was really really hard and I'm just coming out of it so I'm petrified of feeling the same again 😔Also I keep feeling as though my period is about to start! X Flederjo: I think so too but I'm in denial for reasons above xx

Do you have much in real life support? How does your partner/the father feel about the pregnancy? I understand your fear, postpartum was dark days for me too, hopefully the second time around you can predict what may be coming and surround yourself with the right people/resources to make the transition easier for you. It's still early days, give yourself time to process ❤

Wow they are very, very dark for 10dpo

Are you sure your last period was act2a period? Was it lighter at all?

Myrah24 · 04/07/2022 14:26

HereComesBaby2 My partner isn't very good at showing his feelings so even when I told him last night he didn't acknowledge it very much but I know he cares. The only person I have to talk to is my mum who also suffers from depression so I don't do her head in. I'm much better now it's just scary but then I'm glad my baby girl will have another sibling. PrettyIdotic, my last period was 6 days late but it was a proper period and I kept doing pregnancy tests prior to that and they were always negative. I know it's strange how dark they already are. So now I'm like do I keep testing or leave it for a while?

@Myrah24 I would suggest that when you do your booking in with the midwife, you discuss the postpartum problems that you had last time. Hopefully then you will be provided with the support you need during and after the pregnancy? I'm not familiar with all the options but the perinatal mental health people are mentioned on here. Hopefully someone else can advise better!
