Pregnancy book recommendations

I'm nearly 20 weeks pregnant with my first baby. I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed about everything I need to think about, buy, research etc before the baby comes. Are there any books or good websites you would recommend? I think I would prefer a book so I can read through it in order but open to any recommendations :)

Thanks!

Honestly, I just used this forum and information from websites. Followed a fab Doula and a lactation consultant on Instagram (doing said doula's birthing prep course). Saved Instagram stories and reels that I thought would be useful. Asked friends about stuff like prams etc.

There's so much info out there. Anytime you have a question, like "is this normal?" "What do I need in the first days" just Google the question and add Mumsnet, and it will come up with so many previous informative threads.

Thank you! I kind of feel there's too much info out there now, I need a guide to follow to know what I actually need to be looking at to focus me otherwise I go off on a tangent. I just don't want to miss something!

I read Bumpology with my first and found it helpful - all very short chapters each based around one question and answered based on research and science. A few years in and some of it just didn't fit with our child but it was helpful to have something that wasn't super opinionated or based on a particular school of parenting. Good luck!

I've found 'Your No Guilt Pregnancy Plan', the 'Positive Birth Book' and 'Expecting Better' to all be really helpful. My husband also read 'How To Be A Dad' which he found useful for understanding how best to support me through the pregnancy :)

Thank you so much, I'll check these out :)
