Line not getting darker - experiences?

Hello everyone,

I had a first positive pregnancy test result last Sunday (26/06), that was when my period was a day late. The line was clearly visible but faint. I've tested two more times since then, leaving 2-3 days in between but the line is exactly the same. Not lighter but not darker either.
I don't have any pains or spotting/bleeding, I don't really know what to think. Has anyone had the same thing? Looking for honest answers here, good or bad.

This is my second pregnancy, I had a dark line at DPO with DC1 and didn't even take a second test.

Really there is no way of knowing from lines but my personal experience is that I've been pregnant 3 times. 2 of them I had really clear and strong line progression, with the 1 that didn't I had a MMC.

It could be a chemical, OP, but it could also be the tests themselves.....you don't mention which you used?

I found my cheapy strip Tests took ages to get darker. The FRERs were "better" in that respect.

What sort of tests are you using?

I'm using FRERs, same brand each time and first thing in the morning (roughly a 5 hours hold) so I can compare results.

Not looking good, is it?

I have had 4 miscarriages and with all of them my line never got any darker.

Can we see the photos ?

It was a chemical, started bleeding this morning.

Thought I'd post the outcome for anyone in the same position reading this.
