Nervous for 20 week ultrasound because of high beta hcg MoM

I’m literally so scared for the 20 week ultrasound coming up in the next few weeks because I had high MoM of hcg in the first trimester screening and it worries me that what if something else is wrong too on top of my unusually high hcg of 4.3 MoM.I keep getting told not to worry and “what’ll happen will happen” but it’s honestly so terrifying to me because I know this can be the ultrasound that ends it all..

Did they discuss this value with you at the screening? Did you do any extra tests like NIPT?

Yes they did.My pappa was 0.95 which is normal and nt measurement was also normal at the ultrasound .Nothing was elevated except beta hcg which was 4.3.They basically told me that my risk for ds is 1 in 500 so low risk which is why they didn’t make me do nipt.Said something about potential IUGR because of the high hcg but I’m scared it can also mean defects .I’m so paranoid .
