BFP but feeling worried

Hello, just wanted to see what other people have been through.

Recently got my bfp! See attached of the last two days of tests. But last 2 days been feeling lots of cramps, which makes me nervous it could lead to a chemical preg. since I had one earlier this year. Trying to stay positive.

Also, I just got covid recently (6 days ago to be exact) and still getting over it. Could covid affect my pregnancy tests in any way?

this cycle we were on Letrozle and dtd the 15th, 17th and 18th. We triggered shot on the 16th. My last period was on June 3rd.. so I would be 3weeks,6days. Do my line progression reflect that timeline?

I don’t buy into the whole line progression thing at all as it’s a non-quantifiable test on urine that will have a different concentration each time.
However, the first trimester of a successful pregnancy is basically constant cramping feelings, later followed by stretching feelings. So it’s not necessarily bad news.
