Quick question re: Coil, help appreciated!!

I have a quick question for those of you who have/have had the coil, I've not had AF this month yet, was due 10th, have read that this can be due to coil,have tested and not pg, only cheap test tho, however have had reasonably regular period from july when it was fitted up till last month.

Did you have the mirena fitted? This can lead to either no periods or v light.

Is the mirena the one with hormones? I dont know which model mine is but it is a non hormonal one x

I had a mirena fitted, then after 5 years had another. I had no periods. Then out of the blue, i got one. 2 weeks later, i was pregnant! So in my case, having a period was bad! lol

I had the mirena coil fitted in december 2003 and the only time i've bled since then is when i m/c in september 2007.

I also had the copper coil and bled for 3 weeks a month

p.s. i had my coil removed march last year incase you were thinking i got pg with coil in lol

Any type of coil can knock af around
