I’m 26 weeks and drank some apple juice this morning I assume it hasn’t agreed with me maybe too much sugar but now my heart rate is 130 I feel breathless and when I stand up I feel my blood pressure drop and have to sit back down. This been going on 20 mins or so and I’m having to stay sitting down. What’s happening?? Was it the Apple juice? Will it pass??

Can you call someone to sit with you for a while? It may be a fall in blood sugar a while after the juice but it could be something more that needs checking. Maybe call the maternity services number you have?

What else have you eaten and drunk today? Make sure you get plenty of fluids in you as you could be dehydrated.

Monitor it for a period noting where you are and what you're doing, then take this to the midwife if it continues

Your iron levels could be low. Fast heart rate, low bp, breathless is a classic sign. They check round about 28 weeks so it might be worth getting it checked out now.

Are you being tested for gestational diabetes? If not, I'd ask the midwife to arrange it. Apple juice will spike your blood sugar, then cause a sharp drop (especially if you didn't have any good with it) , which can give you hypo symptoms (racing heart, dizzy etc), until your liver counteracts it by releasing glucagon.
