Got my blood results back my ferritin level is 51 is this normal

Didn't you ask them, or didn't they tell you? 🤔

Didn’t they say if they were happy with that? I think it’s counted different in different places as mine was 6…… which they said was significantly low and I needed an infusion

Can also depend on the units measured in, I suppose.

Both myself and my friend have been told that 30 is where they should be so 51 sounds really good. My friend's is 36 so she's fine; mine was 21 after 12 week bloods so I was put on ferrous sulphate for a couple of weeks. I didn't feel very well so had bloods done again early at 22 weeks which showed they had dropped to 10 so I'm back on ferrous sulphate x
