12 week scan - gender?

So I went for my 12 week scan today and saw my very energetic little baby, who is measuring 2 days ahead. it was so surreal. Now I've caused a controversy between my siblings who can't work out whether it is a boy or girl.. what are your guesses?

I guess that you do not know the difference between gender and sex. If you want to know the sex of your baby-to-be, your doctor is the best person to tell you quickly and accurately.

I know the difference. My view is there are only 2 genders determined whether or not you have a penis :)

There's always one. Leave the OP alone she can call it sex or gender whatever she wants

Nooooo. Sex is determined by whether you have penis or vagina. (Otherwise known as biology/science.)

Gender is dressing boys in blue and girls in pink, or separating toys into girl and boy piles. (I.e. made up, harmful and stupid.)

I honestly don't care. I don't believe In labelling yourself a female if you don't have a womb or ovaries, if you don't have periods & don't go through the pain/ suffering women do.

It's just not appropriate guys come on. OP has just had a lovely scan and is excited to see if she can get and predictions. Just leave it!

Anyway OP I think I can see some stacking on the first scan so I'm leaning boy!

I honestly wasn't expecting the backlash of using the the term gender LOL!
But thank you so much, I was adamant I was having a girl but now I'm thinking a boy too
