4 weeks pregnant and bleeding

I'm 4 weeks pregnant. We found out last Monday and both so excited. We sadly had a miscarriage in February so this is a much wanted and longed for pregnancy.
But today I started bleeding. Only a small amount when I wipe, but I am terrified and so so sad. Only my partner knows about the pregnancy as it was obviously too early to tell people. He is being amazing and has rang me a few times as he's at work in London.
I think maybe, I'm just after a little hand hold until he gets back.
I feel so sad right now.

It's very likely to be implantation bleeding, as it's so early.

Early pregnancy is such an anxious time.

Everything crossed for you as hopefully just implantation! Such an anxious time - lots of love to you! I had brown spotting continuously in the first trimester with a big ish bleed at 7 weeks and all going well so far (now 21 weeks), don’t lose hope and take every day as it comes 💕 xx

Unfortunately a test today says I'm no longer pregnant.
Feeling so sad right now that this has happened again.

before the bleeding started, did you have any cramping?
