Is it ever possible to have a positive 12 days before period?

I took an answer one step pregnancy test on the 19th May and it showed a faint positive line. My period isn’t due until around the 3rd. I’m not sure how many days PO I was because I only track on an app but have been told many times now that they’re not reliable. I have felt constantly sick for over a week now as well as tired and emotional, but am also now wondering if I’m just symptom spotting as surely 12 days is far too early to get a positive?

I have heard that one step tests are identical to FRER as they’re manufactured in the same place, just packages differently, but I have also seen online that there have been a lot of false positives with this brand?

Maybe I have got my dates wrong or maybe it’s a false positive. I guess I’ll just have to wait and see but it’s all I can think about.

Definitely looks like a line. Does it look pink in person? I'd think a positive but wait and test in a couple of days to see if it gets darker.

12 days before a period is biologically impossible depending on when you ovulated. Earliest BFP for me was around 8DPO but that was with twins

19th May? We are in June, did you mean June? The o ly way to know if it is a true positive test is to take some more
