B 12 and folate / folic acid levels - too much?

Hi all, I'm 6 weeks today and wondering about folate and b12 intake. I'm a bit worried I've been taking too much.

I've been taking 800mcg of folate since TTC as I had two previous early losses and still breastfeeding so thinking maybe my body needs more ATM. This includes 400mcg from a prenatal and 400mcg extra from a solgar supplement which is folate only. I'm taking folate not folic acid as supposedly easier for body to process.

My Prenatal has loads of b12 I think 4000% of the recommended daily intake - again I know we need lots of b12 in pregnancy but this seems a lot! I'm taking the Cytoplan one.

I'm a bit worried as I have read about too much b12 and folate/folic acid being risk factors for autism. Again, I've been taking it as thought due to Breastfeeding stil (although my milk has massively dropped since being pregnant) maybe I need more b12. But maybe I should switch back to the one I took with DD which only has 500% daily recommended intake.

any thoughts or experience very welcome...do we think these levels are too high? Thank you x

I was advised to take 5mg of folic acid due to family history of spina bifida, which is 6x what you've been taking. I don't know about the B12 though I'm afraid.
