Is this normal or shall I ring epu

Hi everyone im currently 6+4.

when I wipe I’ve been having blood stained mucus not lots but it’s noticeable.
this seems to be more common after a bowel movement sorry TMI. Now I have slight cramping .

this has happened for the last two days. Is this normal or shall I ring EPU.
I don’t remember having blood during my pregnancy with dd.

Ring epu. Hopefully it's nothing but I would ring just in case.
