Hi @ttc2603
Here's a link to lots of threads on this topic:
Mumsnet morning sickness tips, threads

If it's really bad then speak to your GP and have something prescribed.

Travel Sickness bands saved me during my pregnancy. Also eating little and often, nothing too tasty. Crackers, plain popcorn, dry cheerios. Keep easy snacks on your bedside table and eat as soon as you wake up.

Its so miserable, but hopefully it won’t last long. Your baby will be so worth it.

I've tried the wrist bands unfortunately haven't worked for me! I will give everything else u said a try let's hope it helps 🤞 it definitely will all be worth it just really draining at the moment. Thanks for the advice Smile

My advice is try to figure out what your triggers are and change accordingly.

For me, that has been an empty stomach and poor sleep. Morning sickness hits when I haven’t eaten for a while, whether I am hungry or not. So eating little and often helps me, including crackers before I get out of bed in the morning.

Sleeping badly also seems to be a trigger. I’m still working on that one! I try not to get up too quickly or rush in the morning.

Good luck.
