Pregnancy symptoms

Hi,

I had an early private scan at the beginning of my pregnancy which showed I was around 6 weeks pregnant. I am now 9 weeks +5 and I started with horrendous sickness 2 weeks ago. For the past 3 days I have had no sickness and my boobs aren’t really hurting anymore. Is this a concern seeing as I’m not even out of my first trimester yet? How can my pregnancy symptoms just disappear in 2 days.

They can come.and go with the waves of hormones.

I had an early scan at 8+5 and was told it’s quite normal for symptoms to subside once the placenta takes over so I would try not worry too much.

Am currently 9 weeks pregnant today and anxious as my symptoms have all of a sudden vanished. I had a scan at 6 weeks and 4 days that revealed 2 sacs, one with an embryo with a heartbeat and the other was told empty or had stopped growing, doctor did not rule out the growth of the second embryo but also said its most likely going to disappear. Problem is i have had a missed miscarriage earlier this year, it was twins again, but both( one sac) stopped growing about the same time ( 6 weeks and 3 days). Am freaking out, as i had alot of nausea, headaches, breast sore, from around 5 to 8 weeks and 4 days. Now i feel normal again and its worrying me crazy, anyone experienced this before? I am terrified of getting a scan right away, hopefully i can wait it out until the 12th week scan.
